Role Purpose
Development, maintenance, and support of Masdar’s Oracle HRMS Implementation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESKey Accountabilities
Key Activities
Oversee rollout and customization of Oracle HRMS
Provide advice on current future HRMS module design and implementation in line with the development of Masdar’s requirements.
Develop and document procedures for the proper functioning of the system
Train new users to understand and effectively use the HR modules.
Integrate various applications, systems and services into cohesive solutions
Deliver, install, configure and commission solutions
Manage systems in service, including system operation, software maintenance and customer support
Work closely with HR department to identify current and future business needs that can be filled by the ERP system
Understand Masdar HR-related application requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Industry/Domain

Necessary knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job * Minimum 5 years of ICT experience * Minimum 3 years of experience with HR applications
Education and Certification requirements
* Bachelor of Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences * ITIL Foundation Certificate – advantageJob specific technical Skills * Knowledge of HR business processes * Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite HRMS module * Enough technical background to understand classes and formulas related to HRMS
